Sitora Robotics Open Serving API 1.0.0

The open machine API for certified robot fleet operators. Sitora describes work, never motion: fleets poll for serving tasks, claim them (first claim wins), and report constrained progress. Polling is the source of truth; webhooks are a signed latency optimization with a replay listing. Authenticate every request with Authorization: Bearer sit_rk_... — the filial is derived from the credential and is never claimed by the caller. All mutations accept an Idempotency-Key header; duplicates return the original outcome.
